Shared File Links
DJob is only an intermediary: it does not host and does not moderate the content of the files behind the links registered by its users. The linked content remains the sole responsibility of the user who created the link.
Any visitor can report a link they believe is infringing or abusive using the report form linked below each download page. Reports for copyright or illegal content deactivate the link immediately, as a legal protection measure, since DJob is only an intermediary. Reports for malware, abuse, or other reasons deactivate the link automatically once a configured number of reports accumulate, to prevent abuse of the report feature by a competing party.
Links removed due to a copyright infringement report are deactivated immediately, without prior notice to the link author, equivalent to a DMCA-style notice-and-takedown.
Links of Unknown Size
Some link origins don't report the file size before sending it — common for content generated on the fly (a zip, an export, a generated PDF) and for some file-sharing services. When this happens, the link is marked as "unknown size" and the following rules apply.
- Concurrent downloads: only one download at a time is allowed for the account that owns the link while one of these downloads is in progress — any other attempt gets a 429 error ("try again shortly"). Links of known size have no such limit.
- The download may be cut off mid-transfer once the volume sent reaches what the account can afford (credit balance plus prepaid bytes) — the end user then receives a truncated file.
- Billing is based on bytes actually delivered, including the transferred part of a download that got cut off. An account with nothing left to pay with gets a 402 error before the download even starts.
- The size stored in our database, or reported by the origin, is never a guarantee — only the bytes actually transferred count.
If you own a link marked this way: hosting the file at an origin that reports its size (a static file, Google Drive, Dropbox, S3) and keeping a sufficient balance avoids all of the above.
Privacy Policy
This site collects only the information necessary for basic functionality and monitoring:
Security data: Our system stores technical access information, including IP address, date, time, browser, and pages visited, exclusively for security, system maintenance, and usage statistics purposes. This data is not used for marketing or profiling purposes without consent.
With consent: We also use ipapi.co to obtain your approximate location data (in JSON format). Only the language field is used to set the site language.
Remembering preferences: If you allow the browser to remember your options, we create a unique token stored locally (in your browser's localStorage). This helps remember your settings and count visits.
Human interaction check: To estimate how many visitors are real people, this page may run a small first-party script that counts basic interaction signals (mouse movement, scrolling, touch, keyboard focus) without ever reading what you type or collecting personal data.
No data is sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes. All data is stored securely and used only for site monitoring.
Cookies & Local Storage
